Our four key services are distinct in their focus but deeply connected in practice. Our Principal Investment arm may originate a project that later becomes an Upstream Oil & Gas delivery engagement.

Principal Investment & Project Development
In addition to third-party contracts, United Swift Group originates, finances, and develops its own strategic projects across infrastructure, energy, and industrial services. We act as developer, investor, and executor simultaneously taking projects from concept through completion and retaining long-term ownership and value.

Project Finance & Contract Acquisition
We partner with contractors who have secured government or private-sector contracts but lack the capital or operational capacity to execute them. We step in — either co-executing alongside the original holder or acquiring the contract outright — and deliver it end-to-end using our own resources, so no project goes to waste.
